Beecham Research Limited (BRL) is a technology market research, analysis and consulting firm originally established in 1991. Beecham Research focuses on the growing M2M (machine-to-machine) market and the increasing use of Remote Device Management and Services – also often referred to by terms such as: Embedded Connectivity, Embedded Networking, Remote Device Monitoring, Remote Asset Management, Pervasive Internet and Pervasive Computing. The management of BRL is well known in the industry and has provided consulting and research services for many of the leading telecom operators, hardware suppliers, resellers and distributors in the sector for many years. The Device Management Forum (DMF) brings together major stakeholders in the device ecosystem to share knowledge, promote best practice and facilitate more efficient and effective use of devices and services delivered via devices. The group’s primary focus is on end user devices that form part of information, communications and entertainment value chains.The DMF operates an information portal that provides free access to a range of resources including industry news, interviews and white papers. The Federation’s National Collective Labour Contracts (CCNL Gas-Acqua and CCNL Energia Elettrica) currently cover more than 45,000 employees. Federutility members currently supply water to about 76% of the Italian population, distribute gas to over 40% of the population and electricity to about 15%. Federutility is an interlocutor of the Italian institutions, with which it collaborates on the occasion of legislative prop osals and measures. |
