Maurice Zembra

Maurice has been working for 18+ years in the telecommunications & software area, with various technical, sales and management positions: first as a consultant in France and Italy at IBM Group, then as a sales manager at Cegetel (now part of SFR, the 2nd largest operator in France), the French telecom business unit of VIVENDI Group. In Dec 1999, he co-founded and was CEO of an innovative telecom software company named Active Telecom providing multimedia & ToIP service platforms for telecom operators that was finally sold to IC Telecom, a French listed company in Nov. 2007.
In Feb 2008, he founded Vertical M2M, a software & service company dedicated to machine-to machine solutions for vertical markets (Energy, Healthcare & Environment).
Maurice holds an Engineering Degree in telecommunications from Telecom ParisTech and a Masters in Economics from Paris-Dauphine University.
Maurice combines a comprehensive experience in several key areas :
