Fabien Castanier

Fabien Castanier is R&D Manager at STMicroelectronics. He has been working for more than 15 years in the semiconductor industry, in both Europe and the US, holding positions in digital design, systems and software engineering management. He is currently in applied R&D where he focuses on enabling technologies – such as networking & middleware – for smart objects communications and M2M applications. He also participates in European research projects in the IoT area and he is the primary contact of his company at the IPSO Alliance. Fabien holds a MSc in Electronics and Engineering Physics from the ICPI (CPE) School in Lyon, France.
